My autoclave isn’t working. How do I submit a service call?

  • If you are a current customer, you may remit a service call via our service customer portal. Otherwise, please call us at 800.262.1731 or email us at info@washersolutions.com.

Do you offer different service plans?

  • Yes, we offer both time & material service as well as Preventative Maintenance Contract Plans.  For more information, please visit HERE

How do I access my service reports?

  • You may access any open or completed service reports in our customer service portal.

What is your onsite response time?

  • For all contract customers, we guarantee to be onsite within 24 hours of receiving an emergency service call. For all others, inquire at info@washersolutions.com

What types of equipment do you service?

  • Washer Solutions services all makes and models of sterilization & washing equipment. For a full list of equipment that we service, please visit HERE.  

Is there a fee for cancelled orders?

  • There will be a 25% fee on cancelled orders.

Do you sell OEM parts?

  • Yes we provide direct replacement parts from the manufacturer of the part

What is the warranty on your parts?

  • Washer Solutions is pleased to offer a 30 warranty 

Is there a restock fee on applicable returns?

  • There will be a 25% restock fee on applicable items
